I need your help!

As much as I love recipe sharing, I'm hoping that this blog will give you a place to not only get great food ideas, but also to learn some of the 'why's' of nutrition (common questions my clients ask me such as: why do we need protein? what is fish oil good for? Is protein powder only meant for body builders?). I also want to post recipes that are relevant for you or help you adjust recipes that you make at home to be more healthy and support your fitness goals.
