Stay on Santa's nice list - stick with your workouts in December!


‎'It was the month before christmas
I was ready to go -
my blackberry calendar was full,
my availability low

... Dinners and parties
presents and nog
I committed to keeping fit to you, on my blog

Don't let the holidays be your excuse
to avoid all your workouts and
let your nutrition plans loose!'

Starting on Monday I'm proposing a challenge - the month leading into the holidays is filled with social events that not only attempt to derail our nutrition plans, but also make it harder to fit in our workouts.
'Like' the Gastronomic Fitness Facebook page and post your fitness and/or nutrition goals for the month of November 21 - December 21. Nothing keeps people on track better than having a support group to keep accountable to. Set a goal that works for you, within your life - make it attainable and stick to it! Let's see what we can do!
