Easy holiday giving doesn't have to mean boxes of cookies!

Happy December 1! At this point most of us have (hopefully) at least started our Christmas shopping. So many people give food 'treats', alcohol and other kinds of gifts that, although they appear thoughtful, derail the health goals of our loved ones. Let's veer off that course this year - Check back here daily to get some ideas for what to give your loved ones that won't throw them off of their fitness goals!

Gift Idea #2: If you're someone who loves giving homemade baked goods, how about trying to make it a healthier option for that special person? This year Brandon and I are giving small jars containing mixtures of our 'candied' pecans & home-toasted almonds w/ sea salt. Wrap them up with some clear plastic wrapping and ribbon and you've got a great hostess gift!
