Mojito at 8am? Well kind of........

Water, water, water. We all need more of it but let's be honest, sometimes it gets boring! Sure we can load it up with aspartame-y Crystal light (not recommended!!!) or the odd slice of lemon but sometimes we need more....right?

A few options to liven up your water is to put a few sliced strawberries, oranges or cucumbers in a large pitcher and let it sit overnight to let the fruit flavour the water just right!

But here is a new option! A great client of mine came up with this one so I had to share.

Mojito Water
8-9 cups of water
3-5 sprigs of mint
3 slices of Lime
3 slices of Lemon
1/2 of a cucumber finely sliced
1-2 tbsp. of fresh grated ginger
Put all ingredients in a large water bottle/pitcher and put in fridge over night.  Enjoy the next day! It's like all the flavour of a mojito - and totally acceptable at the office at 8am :)
