Need some good reading?

There is a lot of fitness info to wade through these days...so where do you start? Start by getting a few good sources to turn to :) This blog is a good starting point for ideas but click on the following link to find 5 more great 'starter' fitness blogs - they are great for experienced and new lifters alike, but won't make you feel lost and confused like some of the other websites out there! The more good info you have, the smoother the road to getting fit will become!
