It's been a few weeks of experimenting and at last I've figured out a way to make a frozen protein treat out of vegan protein that tastes AMAZING and is great for post-workout or a special treat. The beauty of this little gem is that you can freeze it, or just chill it and make it into a mousse or dip for fruit. Enjoy it...because its awesome.
Banana Chocoprotein
makes 2
1 medium banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of vega sport chocolate protein**
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp sugar-free chocolate jell-o pudding mix (or knox unflavoured gelatin)
1) In the magic bullet blend banana, cocoa and almond milk.
2) Once smooth stir in protein powder and gelatin/jell-o until well blended.
3) Divide into two containers and either chill or freeze until desired texture is obtained.
** this protein is the best vegan protein flavour I've tried yet - it has a slightly nutty flavour to it which is great in this particular dish

AMAZING! I tried this tonight (minus the Jell-o since I'm vegan...) and it was really good!
