Fruity and nutty....Almonds at snacktime

Keeping with our almond theme this week, check out my mid-afternoon snack!




1/2 oz of raw almonds, 3/4 cup plain (fat-free) greek yogurt, 1/3 cup raspberries....and the key ingredient....saigon cinnamon - like regular cinnamon, but better! They sell it at Costco at a great price, and it got a little extra spice to it. Try it out - don't let the big jar scare you away! The protein and fat in this snack keep you full through the afternoon and the raspberries are just plain tasty :)

Calories 230, fat 8g, protein 21g, carbohydrates 17g
