Digital Food Scale - when you're cooking, measuring cups aren't always the most accurate or easy to use....try a food scale! They make portion sizes for both cooking and eating foolproof!
Recipe book/Ipad holder :) I get most of my recipes from the internet (even when recalling one from my own blog!) There are great recipe book holders out there that could also prop up your book or tablet in the kitchen, no only so you can see it, but so you can avoid spills!
Silicone baking gear - I haven't found a kitchen tool more awesome than this in a long time and if you haven't invested in these yet, don't wait any longer! For muffins/cupcakes you no longer need the little paper on the bottom - they just pop right out with no mess! Also awesome for those too-good-to-be-true brownies! Amazing :)
