To cheat or not to cheat - that is the question

Thought this was a very timely blogpost - weekends are often a challenging time for people focused on their fitness goals. But it's not as black and white as you would think. Where do you fall in the spectrum of cheaters?

Imagine if we did all of our fitness and nutrition efforts out of a positive frame of mind, than a negative? Think of everything you could get done.....
