You know whats a better option? This recipe. Keep on track to achieve your fitness goals but still get that same tangy flavour of cranberries with the sweet and rich flavour of chocolate. Give this smoothie a try - cranberries often go unmentioned in the berry world, but they add great tangy flavour to sweet dishes and are a shoe-in for smoothie world!
makes 1
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 scoop chocolate protein (for this recipe I used Vega Sport Chocolate)
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup unsweetened frozen cranberries
3 ice cubes
Blend in your magic bullet and you're all set to go!
