We're moving!!

It was 4am on a weekday back in October last year. I woke up and literally the first thought to pop into my mind was 'I need to write a blog'. I got right out of bed and took the dog on a walk as I tried thinking up a name. I started writing for my clients because I had emailed and re-emailed recipes to them time and time again and it made more sense to have it all in one place. Little did I know that it would take off with readers all across the country, through the States and around the world in Australia and South Africa. The community we've built on Facebook & Pinterest is fabulous and I can't say thank you enough for reading....BUT....pack your bags and mark your 'favourites' section because we're moving!!

gastronomicfitness.blogspot.com was like a starter home...and now we're ready to move out of our two-bedroom bungalow and into a 4 bedroom mansion with a poolboy.....The blog is being moved to our new website for Complete Care Coaching (http://completecarecoaching.com/blog/) - it's a major upgrade with multiple search options and a new and clear layout with great compatibility with facebook, twitter and pinterest so you can store and share all of your favourite recipes!

Not only is the blog getting a facelift - but the facebook page is changing too! Make sure that you make the switch on facebook from Gastronomic Fitness over to Complete Care Coaching so you don't miss out on any of the latest info!
